TERMS & CONDITIONS

IN STORE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

No returns. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and unused.

Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, fragrances, beauty products, and cosmetics are a final sale and cannot be exchanged.

We are not responsible for damage caused to items once they leave the shop.


ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We hope you will always be completely satisfied with your order, however if you are not, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. At this time we do not offer refunds.

The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@theshangri-la.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

 

PRIVACY POLICY
The Shangri-La keeps our customers information under the strictest of confidence. We store it in a cave in company with the stalagmites. Trust us, nobody will find it.
We will never give, trade, sell, barter, or throw your information to anybody. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Please allow 3-5 business days from time of purchase for your items to ship. If any problems should arise, we will contact you immediately. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently do not offer International shipping on the website. If you do have any inquiries about International orders, please contact info@theshangri-la.com.
